The YALA Signature Event Consultation is a focused strategy session designed to clarify your vision, event scope, timeline, and investment expectations. During this consultation, we assess alignment, explore creative direction, and outline the structure required to execute your event with precision and intention. Our goal is to create a foundation that allows every detail to come together seamlessly and deliver an AMAZING experience. Following this session, qualified clients will receive a customized proposal and service agreement tailored to their event needs. Because signature events are not improvised. They are engineered. Availability is limited and consultations are offered based on alignment and scheduling capacity.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for booking a YALA Signature Consultation. This time is reserved specifically for you so we can learn about your vision and explore how we can bring your space or event to life. Each consultation is a dedicated planning session designed to provide clarity, direction, and creative insight for your project. During this time, we will discuss your goals, inspiration, timeline, and overall vision while exploring ideas that will help shape the direction of your event or space. The consultation fee listed when booking reflects the planning session only. This fee is applied toward your design or event project should you choose to move forward with YALA's services. Consultations may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. If you need to make a change, you may use the rescheduling link included in your confirmation email or contact us directly. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation may result in the consultation fee being forfeited. If a client does not attend their scheduled consultation (no-show), the consultation fee is non-refundable and a new consultation will be required to schedule another session. To ensure the best possible experience, we encourage clients to arrive prepared to discuss their vision, inspiration, timeline, and any questions they may have. This allows us to make the most of our time together and provide thoughtful guidance for your project.
