Payment & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines payment expectations and cancellation terms for YALA services.
Retainers & Payment Structure
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date or design project. Retainers secure your booking and reflect the time, planning, creative development, and resources allocated to your project.
Event Planning Services

30% retainer due upon booking

Remaining 70% balance due prior to the event date
Failure to submit final payment may result in suspension of services.
Interior Design Services
Payment structure for interior design services will be outlined in your service agreement and may include milestone-based payments depending on project scope.
Cancellations
Event planning retainers are non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 30 days of a scheduled event are not eligible for refunds. This policy reflects the planning, coordination, vendor commitments, and preparation initiated once services begin.
For interior design services, payments made for completed work, including digital layout concepts, are non-refundable once delivered.
Digital Layout Concepts
Digital layout concepts are considered an add-on service and must be paid in full upon delivery.
Digital layout concepts are non-refundable once delivered.
Interior design services include up to five (5) revisions unless otherwise stated in your agreement.
