These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the YALA website and services. By accessing this website or engaging YALA for services, you agree to the following terms.
Consultations
YALA offers a complimentary 30-minute discovery consultation to discuss your event or design vision, project scope, and overall alignment.
For clients seeking deeper creative direction, YALA offers a private 60-minute strategy session for a professional fee of $150. This session includes focused planning, structured insight, and tailored recommendations specific to your event planning or interior design project. Strategy session fees may be credited toward booked services if the client proceeds with a formal agreement.
Consultations do not guarantee availability, service acceptance, or project engagement.
Service Agreements
A signed service agreement is required before event planning or interior design services begin. Services will not commence until the agreement is executed and required payments are received.
All project scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees will be defined within the signed agreement.
Scope of Services
YALA provides event planning, creative direction, and interior design services as outlined in individual service agreements.
Any services outside of the agreed scope may require a written change order and may incur additional fees.
